Κατάφερα να σπινθηρίσω το 1:1 Voltage BalUn το οποίο χρησιμοποιώ, με λιγότερα από 200Watt RF. Προσθέστε φυσικά στην εξίσωση 14.200 MHz και δίπολο συνολικού μήκους 38 μέτρων. Το τέλος της τρίτης αρχικής σπείρας σπινθήρισε με την πρώτη σπείρα του δεύτερου τυλίγματος.
Είμαι /A και δεν έχω πρόσβαση στο υποτυπώδες εργαστήριό μου ή σε διαφόρων λογιών ηλεκτρονικά καλούδια. Αντ' αυτών χρησιμοποίησα την λεπτή λεπίδα ενός σουγιά Opinel για να σπάσω το βερνίκι και πετονιά Νο 35 για να ξεχωρίσω τις σπείρες μεταξύ των. Δεν είδα κάποια διαφορά στον συντονισμό του NEVADA TM-100 tuner και το balun δουλεύει λιγότερα ζεστό τώρα!
I managed to arc the 1:1 voltage BalUn I am using now firing less than 200 Watts of RF power. You must add of-course to the equitation the fact that I was transmitting at 14.200MHz using a dipole antenna of total length 38 meters. The third wire of the first trifilar turn arced with the first wire of the second trifilar turn. I am /A and I don't have access to my elementary work shop or any other electrical/electronic goodies. Instead I used the thin, sharp and strong blade of an Opinel pen-knife to separate the turns and then I thread monofilament fishing line to isolate them. Not any particular difference when using my NEVADA TM-1000 tuner other than the balun is working a bit cooler now!
